• No Third-Party Services: We do not integrate with any third-party services that would access your data.

• Your emotional wellness data or journal entries
• Device location information
• Usage patterns or app analytics
• Any other personal or sensitive information

Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device:

• Your information is protected by your device's built-in security measures
• All data is encrypted at rest using iOS file protection
• We cannot access your data even if we wanted to

• Complete Dataset: The export contains your entire emotional wellness history
• Timestamped Files: Each export is saved with a unique timestamp for easy identification
• Multiple Sharing Options: Export files can be shared via AirDrop, email, cloud storage, or saved to your device
• Data Integrity: All data relationships and structures are preserved in the export

Note: The export feature is available to all users and provides a complete, GDPR-compliant way to exercise your right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR.

Data Backup and Transfer

Your data backup and transfer options:

• You can manually export your data through the app's free export feature
• Data transfer between devices can be done by exporting your data as a JSON file and importing it on another device
• All data remains stored locally on your device - no cloud backup is performed by the app

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

WiMyMind offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Learn more about all premium features.

• Premium Monthly: $3.99 USD per month
• Premium Yearly: $34.99 USD per year (save 27%)

Premium subscriptions are:

• Processed through your Apple ID account
• Auto-renewable unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Managed through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Not stored or processed by WiMyMind servers (we have no access to your payment information)

All subscription data is handled by Apple according to their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

WiMyMind is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
